During this first assessment meeting we can establish the basis of the process, understand the issues, and check that coaching is the right path for your company in order to achieve the required changes.

It is during this first contact that the subject of the coaching can be determined and a unique strategy for your company identified.

​

This first session has multiple purposes:

  • clarify the company needs and goals and make sure that coaching is the right answer for them

  • make sure that the methodology, the responsibilities, the engagement required during the coaching process are clear

  • get to know each other. Coaching requires transparency and trust, therefore a good professional relationship is essential.

 

Finally, it will be your opportunity to ask any question you might have and clarify your doubts.

Please note: confidentiality will be maintained at all time and the individual sessions with the single employees will remain private. Only general information, statistics or anonymous examples will be shared.

Following the assessment carried out during our first meeting, I will be able to propose different solutions according to the company needs.

Generally, the process is structured as follows:

NOTE
Having a company strategy / vision is crucial to be able to identify goals. It is suggested to brainstorm ideas and come to a general consensus prior to this meeting.
